3. Third-Party API Integrations

ScaleupX integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook and Instagram. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms:

You must comply with Meta's Developer Policies and Instagram Platform Terms.
ScaleupX is not responsible for any changes, outages, or data limitations imposed by these third-party providers.
We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific integration.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ScaleupX to:

Violate any local, state, or international laws.
Spam or harass other users or social media audiences.
Scrape or extract data from our platform without express permission.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security features.

5. Content & IP Rights

ScaleupX retains all rights to its platform, UI, and algorithms. You retain ownership of the original content you publish, but grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing AI insights and analytics.

6. Limitation of Liability

ScaleupX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, followers, revenue, or social media account suspension resulting from the use of our platform or AI-generated suggestions.
