Connected Service Data: When you connect Instagram or Facebook accounts, we collect public profile information, media metadata, and performance metrics (engagement, followers, impressions) via the Facebook Graph API.
Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and platform interaction logs to improve service performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide and enhance the ScaleupX experience:

To generate AI-powered content ideas and scripts based on your existing profile performance.
To provide visual analytics dashboards and performance tracking for your connected accounts.
To facilitate content scheduling and management across your social media platforms.
To communicate platform updates, security alerts, and support responses.

Important: We do not sell your personal data or connected account data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Third-Party API Services

ScaleupX uses the Facebook Graph API to interact with your Instagram Business accounts. By using these integrations, you agree to be bound by the respective third-party terms:

You can revoke ScaleupX's access to your data at any time via the Integrations settings in your dashboard or through your Facebook Account settings.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted in our database.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. If you delete your ScaleupX account, all associated personal data and connected account tokens will be permanently purged from our primary databases within 30 days.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks, you have the right to:
